Looking for somewhere to eat, we chose Chatter Box. 1 because it was busy which means people like it and 2 the food on display was very tempting. I had a sandwich made fresh, as it wasn't in the cabinet. Chicken, cheese, pineapple and avocado toasted. It was sensational. The coffee was really good too. I strongly recommend Chatter Box Cafe next time you are at Sunnybank Hills.

A go-to place for a quick, easy and affordable meal or nibble. We usually get the loaded criossant or roti which are consistently good (along with their coffees). It can get a bit noisy with how busy it gets but it's not the biggest deal.

Best Matcha EVER. If you ask they leave out the sickly sweet syrup and you end up with Matcha the way it should be served. I’m sick of other cafes serving Matcha that is too sweet to drink. This one is the best. Also the French toast is amazing
